Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 4-6 eggs
  • 1 pt. half & half milk
  • 4 c. bread (day old best)
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown sausage in pan and drain.

    Melt oleo in long pyrex dish. Break up bread and stir in margarine to coat.

    Place sausage over bread crumbs.

    Beat eggs and mustard.
  5. 5
    Add salt and pepper.

    Pour milk and eggs over other ingredients.

    Top with grated cheese. Can be placed in refrigerator overnight.

    I find it is better. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 45 min.
