- 1 lb. sausage
- 4-6 eggs
- 1 pt. half & half milk
- 4 c. bread (day old best)
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown sausage in pan and drain.

2Melt oleo in long pyrex dish. Break up bread and stir in margarine to coat.

3Place sausage over bread crumbs.

4Beat eggs and mustard.

5Add salt and pepper.

6Pour milk and eggs over other ingredients.

7Top with grated cheese. Can be placed in refrigerator overnight.

8I find it is better. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 45 min.
