- 4 slices white bread, crumbled or croutons
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 c. ham, chopped
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Place bread crumbs in greased 8-inch square baking dish.

2Set aside.

3Saute mushrooms and onion in butter.

4Place over bread. Add ham.

5Mix cheeses and flour.

6Place over ham.

7Combine milk, eggs, mustard and garlic salt, mixing well.

8Pour over cheese. Chill 8 hours or overnight.

9Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

10Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.

11Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
