- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cubed French bread, butter bread slightly
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 lb. sausage links
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Place in 3-quart casserole layers of bread, meat and cheese. Beat eggs with the mustard, salt and milk.

2Pour over casserole. Refrigerate overnight.

3Bake 1 hour at 325° to 350°.
