  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cubed French bread, butter bread slightly
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 lb. sausage links
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Place in 3-quart casserole layers of bread, meat and cheese. Beat eggs with the mustard, salt and milk.

    Pour over casserole. Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake 1 hour at 325° to 350°.
