  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 6 slices toast
  • 1 lb. sausage or bacon
  • 8 oz. shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Brown meat and drain. Cover bottom of an 8 x 11-inch dish with toast pieces. Scatter sausage or bacon over toast, then cheese. Beat eggs.

    Mix milk, mustard and salt.

    Add eggs and pour over top of cheese.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
