  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cups Crushed Pecans

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Confectioners Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Cool Whip
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 box Regular Chocolate Pudding Mix (NOT Instant, 3 Ounce Box)

  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • 8 ounces, weight Cool Whip
  • Chopped Pecans

    Mix together the butter, flour, and pecans. Press into an 8x8 greased pan. Bake 10-15 mintes at 350F. Cool.

    Blend together cream cheese, sugar, Cool Whip and vanilla; and pour over cooled crust.

    Cook 1 box (use Cook and Serve, not Instant) of chocolate pie filling per instructions. Cool. Pour on top of the second layer.
