- 8 eggs
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 c. milk
- salt to taste (about 1/2 tsp.)
- 6 slices bread
Directions

1Lay bread in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish.

2Brown sausage and drain.

3Combine milk, eggs and dry mustard in bowl.

4Layer sausage and cheese over bread.

5Pour on egg mixture.

6Let set in refrigerator overnight.

7Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
