- 8 slices bread, decrusted and cubed
- 2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 8 eggs, slightly beaten
- 4 c. milk
- dash of salt, pepper and dry mustard
Directions

1Place bread in bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Layer cheese over bread.

3Blend milk and eggs; pour over bread and cheese.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Bake 1 hour at 325°.

6Fry 6 to 8 slices bacon.

7Cut in pieces and put over top of casserole 1/2 hour before finished baking.
