- 1 pkg. thawed Ore Ida hash browns (with green and red peppers if desired)
- 1 qt. half and half
- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 lb. hot Italian sausage (or regular sausage)
- 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
- seasoning to taste (mushrooms and onions can also be added if desired)
Directions

1Beat eggs, half and half and seasonings.

2In 9 x 13 pan layer the hash browns and sausage.

3Pour egg mixture over the hash browns and sausage mixture.

4If you want, add cheese in layers. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour or until done and golden brown.
