- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. milk
- 4 large eggs
Directions

1Cook sausage.

2Drain and crumble.

3You can do this the night before or days ahead of time and freeze.

4Place flattened crescent rolls in 13-inch Pyrex dish buttered side down.

5Spread sausage over crescent rolls.

6Beat eggs and milk together.

7Put half of cheese in egg and milk mixture and pour over rolls and sausage. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top.

8Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Check when the rolls start peeking through the egg, sausage and cheese mixture and browning.

9You're done.
