- 2 lb. sausage
- 8 slices cubed bread
- 3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 3/4 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
Directions

1Fry sausage; drain and arrange bread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Place sausage on top, then put cheese on top of sausage.

2Beat eggs with 2 1/4 cups milk and add mushrooms and mustard.

3Pour over sausage and eggs and refrigerate all night.

4Next morning, dilute mushroom soup with milk; pour over top and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5(Hot sausage can be used.)
