  • 1 lb. medium sausage
  • 1 (8 oz.) crescent rolls
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Crumble sausage, brown and drain.

    Line a greased 13 x 9-inch pan with rolls and mash.

    Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine other ingredients and beat well.

    Pour over rolls.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes and let stand 5 minutes.
