- 4 slices cubed bread
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. cooked sausage or ham
- 6 to 7 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Put bread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Sprinkle on cheese.

3Add meat. Beat eggs.

4Add milk and spices to eggs.

5Mix and pour over. Drizzle melted butter.

6Add more cheese, salt and pepper. Refrigerate overnight.

7Cover loosely with foil.

8Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
