  • 7 slices white bread, cubed or 3 c. cubed French bread
  • 3 c. cubed ham
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

    In a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan or dish, mix bread, ham and cheese.

    In a bowl, beat eggs until foamy and add milk and mustard.

    Pour over bread mixture.

    Drizzle butter over all. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
