  • 1 lb. sausage, fried
  • 4 oz. mushrooms
  • 1 c. onions
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 1/4 c. Bisquick

Directions

    Crumble sausage in 8 1/2 x 13-inch pan. Place mushrooms on top of this.

    Place onions on top of mushrooms, spread cheese on top of onions.

    Beat eggs and milk together, add Bisquick, salt and pepper and pour over layers of other ingredients.

    Bake at 350° until lightly brown. Cut in squares and serve.
