- 6 slices bread
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. bulk sausage (can be omitted or substituted with ham or bacon)
- 6 well beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Prepare one day ahead of time.

2Cube bread into 1 1/2-inch square pieces and place in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Fry and drain meat.

4Crumble it evenly over bread layer.

5Sprinkle grated cheese over meat layer.

6Combine eggs, salt, milk, dry mustard and drizzle evenly over bread, meat and cheese.

7Cover with foil and allow it to sit overnight in the refrigerator.

8Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour.
