- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 10 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 2 c. cornflakes
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.

2Beat in egg.

3Add flour and baking soda, mix well.

4Stir in bacon, cornflakes and raisins.

5Drop by rounded tablespoon 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.

6Bake at 350° for 15 - 18 minutes or until lightly browned.

7Cool for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks. Store in the refrigerator.

8Yield: 2 dozen.
