Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 cup butter
  • 12 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup sultana raisin

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

    In a large bowl combine butter and granulated sugar together until mixture forms a smooth paste

    Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition.

    Mix in almonds, raisins and rolled oats, beat until well combined

    In a medium size bowl stir together flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and salt.

    Slowly add dry ingredients to wet mixture and form a smooth dough.

    Drop by teaspoon small amounts onto a greased cookie sheet placing 2 inches apart.

    Bake in preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes.

    Place on a wire rack to cool completely before storing in a container for storage.
