Ingredients

  • 1 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. cornflakes
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Mix melted margarine, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs and vanilla.

    Blend in oatmeal and cornflakes.

    Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and add to first mixture.

    (I add 1/2 cup raisins or chocolate chips.)

    Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 11 to 14 minutes.
