Escalloped Potatoes

  • 4 c. diced potatoes, cooked in salted water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/4 c. milk

    Saute onion in margarine. Add soup and milk; stir until smooth and thick. Stir in cooked potatoes. Place in well-greased casserole dish. Bake, covered, in a 350° oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover and
