Breakfast Egg Casserole

- 6 slices bread
- 1 lb. pork sausage, cooked
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Break up bread in bottom of casserole dish.

2Cook the sausage and spread over bread.

3Add the grated cheese over the sausage. Mix the last 3 ingredients and pour over the bread, cheese and sausage layers.

4Prepare the night before and refrigerate.

5Bake at 350° until eggs are set.

6Serves 6 to 8 people.
