  • 34 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 12 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 dash saffron or 1 dash turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 12 ounces condensed French onion soup
  • 11 ounces tomato rice soup
  • 16 ounces water
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 egg, hard boiled, chopped

    Brown ham in oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

    Add paprika and saffron.

    Add remaining ingredients, except egg, and bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
