- 6 slices bread (no crusts)
- 1 lb. bulk sausage, drained
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Place 6 slices of bread in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch ungreased dish.

2Cook the sausage.

3Drain.

4Place sausage on top of the bread.

5Mix together the eggs, milk, salt and cheese.

6Pour over the sausage.

7Let set overnight in the refrigerator.

8Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
