Ingredients
- 10 slices bread, crust removed
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 8 eggs
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Remove crust and place in 10 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.

2Melt butter and cheese and pour over bread.

3Beat eggs and milk.

4Pour over cheese mixture and bread.

5Let stand, covered with foil, overnight. Bake at 300° in hot oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

6Done when puffy and slightly brown.

7Optional to add ham, mushrooms, onions and green pepper over entire mixture before baking.
