Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Jones fully cooked sausage
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 4 eggs or 1 pkg. Egg Beaters
- 1 large pkg. (8) dinner rolls (crescent)
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Spray a 6 x 10-inch glass baking dish with cooking oil.

2Line a glass dish bottom with crescent dinner rolls.

3Cut sausage in half longways on top of rolls; grate cheese and sprinkle on top of sausage.

4Beat eggs or Egg Beaters well.

5Add 1/2 cup milk.

6Beat again until double.
-
7Pour egg mixture over top.

8Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

9Remove the dish from oven.

10Shake to see if egg mixture is set.

11Eat while hot.

12Mushrooms or chopped vegetables can be added, if wanted.
