- 9 slices bread, broken into pieces
- 8 oz. Smokie links, cut up or ham or browned sausage
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 8 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- salt
Directions

1The night before, grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Put broken bread into baking dish.

3Add the Smokie links or ham or browned sausage and shredded cheese.

4Mix the eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt together and pour over the bread.

5Let set all night in refrigerator.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
