- 1 lb. sausage (bulk)
- 16 slices white bread
- 8 oz. pkg. Old English cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 lb. margarine, melted
Directions

1Brown sausage until crumbly; drain fat.

2Remove crust from bread.

3Cut in quarters.

4Layer bread, cheese, sausage, bread, etc.

5Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard.

6Pour over all.

7Drizzle melted margarine over all.

8Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 325°.

9Serves 6 to 8.

10Use a 10 x 13-inch pan.
