  • 8 oz. grated Gouda cheese
  • 1 pt. unwhipped whipping cream
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 slices ham
  • dash of nutmeg on each egg

Directions

    Place a slice of ham in each section of a muffin tin. Sprinkle cheese in each, making a well.

    Drizzle cream in each and then put an egg in each section.

    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
