- 1 lb. mild sausage, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 slices white bread
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. half and half
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Lay bread close together.

3Place sausage on top, then Cheddar and Swiss cheese.

4Beat eggs; add milk, half and half, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt.

5Pour over bread and sausage.

6Refrigerate overnight or 6 to 8 hours. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
