- 2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
- 4 large eggs
- 12 cup milk
- 14 teaspoon salt

- 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 14 cup chopped tomato
- 14 cup sliced green onion
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions
