  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk

    We don't have a recipe for these. The ingredients are pretty much a guess depending on how thick you want your fritters to be and how many you want to make.

    Place your vegetable oil in skillet and let it get hot while preparing dough. Oil should probably be approximately a 1/4 to 1/2 inch in skillet.

    Place self-rising flour in mixing bowl. Pour milk in one tablespoon at a time while mixing. Dough should be consistency of pancake mix.

    Pour heaping tablespoons into hot grease. Cook about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Should be about the size of a biscuit.

    Drain on paper towel and enjoy.
