  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons birds custard powder or 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 cups fruit (fresh or frozen, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, apricots, skinless peaches or)

Directions

    Stir together water, sufgar and Custard powder/cornstarch in a microwave safe bowl or pot.

    Add berries.

    Heat in the microwave or a pot, stirring regularly until thick.
