- 2 -3 ripe bananas
- 14 cup raisins
- 12 lemon, juice of
- 12 orange, juice of
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- cinnamon, to taste
- nutmeg, to taste
Directions

1Soak raisins in 1/2 cup boiling water till puffy and soft.

2Mash bananas in large bowl, then add remaining ingredients.

3Mash all together or puree in blender.

4Serve over pancakes, waffles or french toast in place of syrup.
