Ingredients

  • 2 -3 ripe bananas
  • 14 cup raisins
  • 12 lemon, juice of
  • 12 orange, juice of
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • cinnamon, to taste
  • nutmeg, to taste

Directions

    Soak raisins in 1/2 cup boiling water till puffy and soft.

    Mash bananas in large bowl, then add remaining ingredients.

    Mash all together or puree in blender.

    Serve over pancakes, waffles or french toast in place of syrup.
