- 10 large eggs
- 1 pound ham cooked
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes dried
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
Directions

1In a large bowl, lightly beat 2 eggs.

2Add the ham, sausage, bread crumbs, milk, parsley and horseradish; mix well.

3Press into a greased 6-cup ring mold.

4Bake at 350F (180C).

5for 1 1/4 hours.

6Towards the end of the baking time, prepare scrambled eggs with the remaining eggs, seasoning as desired.

7Remove ring from oven and drain juices; unmold into a serving platter.

8Fill the center with scrambled eggs.

9Serve immediately.
