  • 1/3 c. dry milk
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 tsp. sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. applesauce
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Stir and put in 6 muffin tins sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Six muffins equal 1 bread, 1 protein, 1 fruit and 1 milk.
