- 1 frozen pie crust
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. half and half cream
- 2 eggs
- chopped broccoli, onion, green pepper, mushrooms (whatever assortment of any)
Directions

1Saute the veggies along with pepper and garlic flakes.

2Can also brown bulk sausage, however, this is optional.

3Place half of the cheese in the bottom of pie crust.

4Mix the veggies with eggs and cream.

5Pour into crust.

6Top with remaining Cheddar cheese. Bake at 400° until golden, approximately 35 to 45 minutes.
