- 1 refrigerated 9-inch pie crust
- 6 oz. shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz. cooked turkey sausage, crumbled
- 1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. chopped green bell pepper
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 c. low-fat milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of freshly ground black pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Prick crust several times with a fork. Line with aluminum foil and fill with dry beans or pie weights. Bake until lightly browned, 10 to 20 minutes.

3Place crust on rack to cool completely.

4Reduce oven heat to 375°.
