- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- bell pepper (red and green)
- 2 tsp. self-rising flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. milk (evaporated)
- 8 oz. shredded Velveeta (Mexican style)
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
- 2 pie shells
Directions

1Brown 1 pound of sausage and drain.

2Saute 1/2 cup each red and green bell pepper and chopped onion.

3Mix these together with flour.

4Beat eggs well and mix with milk.

5Add to sausage and vegetable mixture along with cheese.

6Pour in 2 pie shells and bake on cookie sheet at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
