  • 1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs (reserve additional 1/2 c. for topping)
  • 8 eggs (may increase to 10)
  • 5 c. hash browns or grated potatoes
  • 3 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • green onions, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 8 drops red pepper sauce

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

    Cover with 1/2 cup crumbs.

    May refrigerate overnight.
