- 1 to 2 lb. hamburger meat
- onion flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. cheese, shredded
- 8 submarine sandwich rolls
Directions

1Brown meat and season to taste with onion flakes, salt and pepper.

2Hollow out (slice top off) bread center of sub rolls and save into large bowl.

3Mix all ingredients and fill rolls.

4Place on cookie sheet and cover with foil.

5Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes.

6These freeze and re-heat well.

7Can substitute spaghetti sauce for the 2 soups.
