  • 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 oz. mixed dried fruit, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 small pitas, each cut in half crosswise

Directions

    Preheat toaster oven to 350°.

    In small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except pitas and stir to blend.

    Fill each pita half with 1/4 of the peanut butter mixture.

    Wrap each pita half in foil and bake until heated through, 12 to 15 minutes.
