- 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 oz. mixed dried fruit, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 small pitas, each cut in half crosswise
Directions

1Preheat toaster oven to 350°.

2In small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except pitas and stir to blend.

3Fill each pita half with 1/4 of the peanut butter mixture.

4Wrap each pita half in foil and bake until heated through, 12 to 15 minutes.

5Makes 4 servings.
