- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c. frozen loose hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- salt to taste
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
Directions

1Brown meat in skillet; drain.

2Place rolls in 12-inch pizza pan; separate into 8 triangles, points toward center.

3Press together to make crust.

4Add meat, potatoes, cheese, green pepper and onion.

5Mix remaining ingredients.

6Pour over pizza.

7Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
