- 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
- 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 5 eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Separate rolls into triangles and make crust in large pan. Top with sausage and hash browns.

2Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.

3Pour over sausage and potatoes.

4Top with cheeses.

5Let sit in refrigerator overnight.

6Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

7Let stand for 5 minutes.

8Serve in pizza wedges.
