  • 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 5 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Separate rolls into triangles and make crust in large pan. Top with sausage and hash browns.

    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.

    Pour over sausage and potatoes.

    Top with cheeses.

    Let sit in refrigerator overnight.

    Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Let stand for 5 minutes.

    Serve in pizza wedges.
