- 1 lb. bulk sausage (mild or hot)
- 1 c. frozen loose hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg. crescent rolls
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook sausage until brown and crumbly; drain.

2Separate dough into 8 triangles.

3Place on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center.

4Press over bottom and up sides, sealing to make crust.

5Spoon sausage on crust; sprinkle on potatoes.

6Top with Cheddar cheese.

7Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper; pour into crust.

8Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

9Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
