  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. chopped Spam, ham or sausage
  • 2 c. grated cheese (Mozzarella and Cheddar)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Spread oil evenly in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Mix beaten eggs, salt, chopped meat and grated cheese and set aside.

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Add milk to sifted flour slowly; batter should be thin.

    Add dash of salt and mix well.

    Pour into an oiled pan and spread evenly.

    Spoon egg mixture evenly onto batter.

    Bake about 20 minutes.
