  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage (can use bacon, ham, Canadian bacon or hamburger)
  • 1 pkg. (8) refrigerated Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 c. hash browns, shredded (frozen, thaw first, approximately 3 small potatoes)
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
