- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 c. shredded cheese (sharp)
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- onions or any other spice you like (optional)
Directions

1Crumble sausage in a skillet; cook over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally.

2Drain well.

3Line a pizza pan or other pan with crescent rolls.

4Top with sausage and cheese. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.

5Beat well and pour over cheese.

6Cover and refrigerate overnight.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.

8Yields 6 to 8 servings.
