  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • salt, garlic powder and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 (7-inch) pizza shell
  • 1 Tbsp. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Heat 1 tablespoon of the margarine in a small saucepan.

    Add flour; cook 2 minutes.

    Stir in milk; cook until mixture boils and is thick.

    Cool.

    Heat remaining margarine in a small skillet; cook and stir eggs until soft scrambled.
