- 2 c. rice
- 1 lb. pork
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 pkg. frozen peas
- 1 small onion
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- pinch of black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- pinch of Accent (optional)
Directions

1Wash the

2rice.

3Cook rice in 3 cups water.

4Chop onion and cook

5in frypan containing 1 tablespoon oil.

6Place small pieces of pork in oil.

7After seasoning with salt, pepper and sugar, fry for

9minutes. Remove pork and cook shrimp in same manner for only 5 minutes.

10Remove shrimp from pan.

11Cook peas.

12Use another skillet to fry the cooked rice in 1 tablespoon of

17You may add a pinch of Accent, if

18desired. Yellow food coloring may be added at the time rice is being cooked to add a more appetizing color.
