  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 c. hash browns
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 c. olives, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Coat a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.

    Unroll crescent rolls for a flat dough and press into bottom of pan.

    Spread hash browns and onions on rolls.

    Place mushrooms, olives and meat on top of hash browns.

    Break eggs into bowl and beat until mixed.

    Pour eggs over everything in pan.

    Sprinkle cheese over eggs.

    Bake at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes or until set.
