  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 pkg. (8) crescent rolls
  • 1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook sausage until browned; drain.

    Separate crescent rolls and place in ungreaesd 12-inch pizza pan or 9 x 13-inch pan. Press together and up the sides.

    Seal.

    Spoon sausage over the crust.

    Sprinkle on potatoes and top with cheese.

    (This may be prepared the night before and refrigerated.)

    Beat eggs milk and seasonings together; pour onto crust.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
